AGEA Regulation

AGEA International AD, the owner of AGEA, is regulated by the Montenegrin Commission for Capital Markets. This regulator is the successor to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Montenegro. The legal framework that regulates investment companies in the Republic of Montenegro is based on the Financial Instruments Directive 2014/65/EU or MiFID II.

Client funds held with AGEA International AD are maintained in separate bank accounts at local and international banks, in line with relevant laws and regulations. This means that the fund should not be used for any other purposes such as business operating costs.

AGEA Trading Platforms

AGEA provides services through several trading platforms. Streamster Platform

Streamster is a powerful yet compact and easy to use trading platform. Apart from its ease of use, Streamster has its own API for algorithmic trading. Traders may choose between a Cent Account and a Standard Account.
